Aiclouts is an AI presence tracking service that monitors whether AI chatbots — including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity — recommend your business when users ask relevant questions. We are operated as Aiclouts ("we", "us", "our").

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Your email address — to create and manage your account
• Your business name, category, and location — to run AI tracking queries on your behalf
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, query history, to improve the product
• Device and browser information — for security and to fix bugs

We use your data solely to:

• Run AI chatbot queries using your business details and return results to you
• Send you tracking reports and account notifications
• Process your subscription payments via Stripe
• Improve the accuracy and reliability of our tracking
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not use your business information to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties except as described below.

To operate the service, we share limited data with:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• AI platform APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) — we send your business name and category as part of queries. No personal data is included in these queries.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to store and serve the application securely.

All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We use minimal cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how the product is being used. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to use the service.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure storage, and access controls. No system is completely secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
