Terms of Service

By signing up for or using Aiclouts, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Aiclouts.

Aiclouts queries AI chatbot platforms (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and DeepSeek) on your behalf and reports whether your business appears in their responses. We provide visibility data. We are a monitoring and reporting tool, not a guarantee of AI recommendations. The specific platforms queried depend on your plan.

AI chatbot responses vary by query phrasing, timing, and platform. Aiclouts reports what we observe at the time of querying. Results are informational only.

Aiclouts is offered on a subscription basis:

• Starter: $27/month (or $22/month billed annually)
• Growth: $67/month (or $57/month billed annually)
• Scale: custom pricing, contact us

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file. All prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.

Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@aiclouts.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.

Every new subscription comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If Aiclouts is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No form, no reason required. The guarantee applies to your first billing period on your first subscription, once per customer.

Outside the guarantee window, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case.

You agree not to:

• Use Aiclouts to track businesses you do not own or have no right to represent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in bulk
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or sublicense access to Aiclouts without our written permission
• Submit false business information to manipulate results

Aiclouts reports AI chatbot responses as observed. We do not control, influence, or guarantee what any AI platform recommends. AI platforms change their responses frequently and without notice. A positive result today does not guarantee a positive result tomorrow.

Aiclouts is a monitoring tool. We are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from AI visibility or lack thereof.

The Aiclouts platform, brand, and all associated content are owned by us. You retain ownership of any business information you provide. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to use your business name and category solely for the purpose of running tracking queries.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiclouts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Aiclouts is operated from New Zealand. These terms, and any dispute arising from them or your use of the service, are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you and cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
